VSOC architects was founded through the collaborative work of two architects, following a series of joint ventures rooted in academia and continuing through various competitions and projects they have led together and individually over the past 15 years of professional experience.

In recent years, the studio has operated as a registered company under their leadership, bringing together the diverse and carefully curated professional expertise accumulated throughout their careers.

The principals and employees of the studio are experienced architects with rich and diverse professional backgrounds. Today, their work continues to integrate their varied perspectives and those of all project stakeholders, including planning authorities, entrepreneurial/economic considerations, and the programmatic needs of projects, towards creating clear, efficient, and aesthetic spaces for the diverse human elements they serve.

With a team of more then 20 employees, the studio collaborates with leading construction authorities and companies in the country, specializing in sustainable construction, urban redevelopment plans, urban renewal, and public institutions, with an emphasis on residential spaces and activity in urban areas.

• Parametric modeling and planned production of all necessary documents for construction permits, sales, and execution. – Including permit requests, mitigation submissions, tender plans, execution sales, lists, and more.

• Testing, business development presentations, and architectural guidance for urban renewal projects from the idea stage to implementation. – Programmatic coordination with developers according to the required scale.

• Planning and guidance for local and regional (TABA) plans through all necessary planning stages for plan approval. – From local plans for incremental rights to complex urban plans.
