A mixed-use project in the ‘Ramot Yoram’ neighborhood in the city of Netivot includes 297 residential units, office spaces, and commercial areas on two adjacent plots. Each plot is planned to have two residential buildings: one with 19 floors and the other with 10 floors. Additionally, there is a separate building with commercial space on the ground floor and offices on an additional floor. On Plot 214, an additional 5-story residential building is planned. Each plot will have ground-level parking and a single-story underground parking garage.
